Delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout for the destination and items selected. Free or paid service availability varies by order; no method is guaranteed before checkout.
How delivery time is calculated
Total delivery time is the order-processing period plus carrier transit time. Processing includes order verification, product checks and packing. Transit begins after the carrier accepts the parcel.
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in a shipping confirmation is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs review, remote destinations, weather, public holidays and carrier disruptions can add time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the dispatch email includes the carrier and tracking details. Tracking may take time to show the first carrier scan.
Address, customs and import charges
Please check the delivery address before submitting the order. Customers are responsible for providing an address that the selected carrier can serve. Import taxes, duties or local handling charges may apply and are determined by the destination authorities; they are not combined with the product price unless checkout explicitly says otherwise.
