Does EnginesDIY ship internationally?
EnginesDIY serves international destinations. Available destinations, delivery methods and shipping charges depend on the delivery address and the options shown at checkout. Free shipping is not available for every destination.
How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time includes order processing plus transit time. Estimates vary by destination and delivery method. Review the current Shipping and Delivery page before ordering.
How do I track my parcel?
When tracking is available, it is sent in the shipment-confirmation email. Use the carrier link or enter the tracking number at 17TRACK. If tracking has not updated, contact service@enginesdiy.com with your order number.
Payment and order changes
Which payment methods are accepted?
Use one of the payment methods displayed during checkout. PayPal and eligible card-payment options may be available depending on the order and region.
What should I do if payment is declined?
Check the billing information, available balance and any notice from your payment provider, then retry or choose another method shown at checkout. If the problem continues, contact EnginesDIY support. Never email full card details, passwords or security codes.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact service@enginesdiy.com as soon as possible. Include the order number and requested change. Cancellation or address changes depend on the current fulfilment status and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
What if the delivery address is wrong?
Contact support immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, the team will confirm whether the address can be corrected. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch, and additional delivery costs may apply.
Returns and refunds
What items may be returned?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt when they meet the conditions in the Refund and Returns Policy. Items should be unused and returned with the original packaging and included accessories unless support confirms otherwise.
How do I start a return?
Email service@enginesdiy.com before sending anything back. Include the order number, item, reason for return and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Wait for return authorization and the correct return instructions.
When will a refund be issued?
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after an approved cancellation. Processing by the bank or payment provider may take additional time.
Who pays return shipping?
Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and the written instructions from support. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt and tracking number.
Product and safety questions
Where can I confirm the kit version and included parts?
Review the product title, selected options, specifications, gallery and package list before ordering. If anything is unclear, send the product URL and your question to support before checkout.
Are working model engines suitable for children?
Many products contain small parts, moving mechanisms, hot surfaces, electrical components, fuel or steam hazards. Follow the product instructions and age guidance. Adult supervision and suitable protective equipment may be required.
