Refund and Returns Policy
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact service@enginesdiy.com before sending anything back so the support team can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Unauthorised parcels or parcels sent to an unconfirmed address may not be accepted.
Eligibility
For a change-of-mind return, the product should be unused, complete and in its original packaging, with manuals, accessories and supplied parts. Assembly, fuel use, operation, modification or missing parts may affect eligibility because mechanical kits cannot always be restored to a saleable condition.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect the parcel after delivery. If the item arrived damaged, appears defective, or differs from the ordered version, contact support promptly with the order reference, a description and clear photos or video. Keep the product and packaging until support provides instructions. Do not operate an item that appears unsafe.
Return shipping
Return method, destination and shipping responsibility depend on the reason for the return and the support instructions. Use a trackable service and retain the receipt. Do not send a return to a manufacturer or to an address found on an older page, label or third-party website unless EnginesDIY support confirms it for that return.
Inspection and refund
After an authorised return is received, it is inspected for condition, completeness and consistency with the approved request. EnginesDIY will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing time is outside the store's control.
Exchanges and replacement parts
When appropriate and available, support may offer replacement parts, a replacement item or a refund. The available resolution depends on the verified issue and stock at that time.
Before contacting support
Include the order reference, product name and selected version. Never email card numbers, passwords or other payment credentials.
