Ask a Question About This Product
Quick answer
The RETROL R33 Evolution is a 4.2cc, four-stroke OHV V-twin model inspired by classic motorcycle styling. Select either the aluminum-alloy or brass exhaust option before checkout; the option changes the sold configuration and price. It is a display and operation model, not a road-vehicle engine.
Why this exact V-twin?
R33 Evolution's metal cylinders, motorcycle-style intake and exhaust routing and wood-mounted presentation distinguish it from the shovelhead-styled R32. The additional photos show its opposite side, cylinder-head details and physical scale. We excluded supplier images overprinted with broad performance claims; the photos here are for configuration and appearance, not proof of rated power.

Which exhaust and parts will I receive?
The supplier names the engine, electric-drill connecting shaft, hand puller, spare O-rings and manual. The wooden display base is shown with the assembled model. The selected exhaust material is determined by the option chosen, not by the first photograph. Fuel, oil, batteries and electric drill are not stated as included.
First-run and safety considerations
Follow the R33 instructions for the exact fuel/oil mixture, ignition wiring, mounting and break-in procedure. The supplier lists a 25:1 gasoline-to-2T-oil mixture and 95# gasoline; regional fuel labels vary, so confirm the actual manual and local fuel equivalent before filling. Keep ventilation, fire control and a clear rotating-shaft zone. Stop running if the engine misfires, overheats or leaks.
R33 versus R32 versus H08
For shovelhead-style cylinder-head proportions, compare the RETROL R32. If a working pedal-start chain is the main attraction, look at the H08 Hoglet. All three share a V-twin idea but are different models and should not be treated as interchangeable parts kits.
Frequently asked questions
Which exhaust version will I receive?
The aluminum-alloy or brass exhaust version selected in the product option and shown in the cart controls the order.
Are batteries included?
No. The supplier states the 4.5 V ignition supply uses three AA cells, not included.
Is the R33 identical to the R32?
No. They differ in styling and listing configuration; verify the model code before ordering replacement parts.
Is this ready to run without setup?
It is supplier-described as ready to run, but still needs fuel, batteries, safe setup and the manual's first-start checks.
